We bought a new AC in November 2022. We felt that it was too humid in our house during August 2023. Rob came out a day or two after we called. Diagnosed the problem efficiently, explained the settings he adjusted and left with our house cooler and much less humid. Thank you Rob!

Our heat pump stopped putting out cool air in the middle of the night. We called at 8 AM when they opened. A technician was on site by 9:15 AM and had the part needed to promptly repair the unit. Thank you so much Michael Beard!! Michael immediately diagnosed the problem, was able to replace the part,
and checked to be sure the unit was functioning properly before he left.

Ordered a routine service, they forgot to come do it. We also forgot 6 months later my husband called and reminded them. They did the service pretty quickly. Found we needed a hard start and some duct work done. Came out to do the hard start. Came back a few more times for the duct work as it seemed to be a more difficult task they finished all the work. This is the finished product.

I hired Family Air three years ago for a furnace replacement. This company did and amazing job - we were 100% satisfied with Family Air's products and service. I recently decided to upgrade from swamp cooling to air conditioning and returned to Family Air based off my previous positive experience. I'm pleased to say my current experience was every bit as great if not better than 3 years ago. From the first meeting with the estimator the process was smooth and this team was fantastic to work with. Omar and Omar Jr handled the install of the new equipment and were knowledgeable and professional. Highly reccommended!

Family Air, is really a fresh of breath air. Their customer service is out of this world. Not just saying this because everything went smoothly, which it did. After our unit ac/heat pump was installed we ended up having a leak. They came out immediately to address it, but eventually found out it was a mistake they made. Which they took full responsibility for and resolve the issue in a timely manner. As someone who works in customer service, if I could, I would give them 10 stars. Thank you Family Air for caring For the customers, you serve. If you’re looking to purchase a new unit, these are the guys to go with great pricing an outstanding customer service.

Bought a brand new Rheem unit from them in 2018 when my 25 year old unit broke down. They are hands down the best company in town. Honest, transparent, and they perform great work efficiently. just recently I had an issue with my unit where it just didn’t seem “cold” enough. They came out in less than a business week and stayed until they found out it needed a few new parts. Parts were under warranty so I pay nothing for them, I’m just paying for labor- which is 100% fair. thanks so much Family Air you all have helped me and my 3 fluffy dogs a ton over the past 3 years.

I can't say enough about Family Air, from the ladies, Faith and Crystal, on the phone to the technicians in my house, they were prompt, honest, knowledgeable and professional. It was a nightmare dealing with the company that our home warranty sent us, so we opted out of getting our AC repaired for the 4th time in 5 years and just bought a whole new unit. Of course, this all happened while my husband and I were in different states and my MIL was staying at our house watching the dogs. Faith even answered the phone on Sunday and told me they could get someone out to look at it and give us an estimate on Tuesday and then she put us on their schedule on Thursday just in case we wanted to go with them. She listened and was incredibly empathetic to what we were going through and apologetic about the other company who never followed up with us. Our appointment was at 4pm and Jonathon called my husband to ask if it was OK if he showed up early, yes please. We had proposals that night and they even emailed us a letter stating that their technicians are all certified because our home warranty wouldn't "buy us out" unless they were. Thank you Faith! A team of 3, James C, John Jr and Robert showed up on time and worked hard for 7 hours to install our new unit, explain and answer all our questions and then thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Thank you so much Family Air for going above and beyond for our family, I will be referring you to everyone!!
